Shipping policy

At Homantics, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. This policy explains how shipping works.

1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide, depending on carrier coverage in your area. Orders are sent from our partner warehouses.

2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. During busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, processing may take a little longer.

3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

4. Delivery times

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Transit: 5-9 business days
  • Total: about 6-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, customs, and other events outside our control can affect them.

5. Tracking
After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS. You can follow your package through the tracking link or our Track Your Order page.

6. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country. These are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless we have stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Address changes and order changes
To change your shipping address or order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can’t make changes. Please check your address carefully at checkout.

8. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. We aren’t responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you gave us.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
